Regulatory Code

Inspection Protocol

Inspection Team

Designated two-person team (one male, one female), aged 20+, operating under Local Rent Control Authority approval

Schedule

Monthly inspections beginning third week of every month, first Monday, continuing until completion

Duration

Maximum 30 minutes per household inspection

Cooperation

Tenants required to fully cooperate with inspection procedures

Conduct & Accountability

Reporting Misconduct

Any harassment or misconduct by inspectors should be reported to AgRentit office immediately

Relationship Policy

Personal relationships between inspectors and tenants beyond friendship are strictly prohibited

Legal Accountability

Inspectors violating residents' rights or privacy will be held liable for legal consequences

Rights & Responsibilities

Defined roles for property owners, tenants, and AgRentit personnel

Property Owner Rights & Responsibilities

Right to accept or reject tenants based on gender preferences
Prohibited from charging maintenance fees to tenants, regardless of renovations
Must file reports with AgRentit for suspected property damages
Must pay monthly service fee of 20% of registration cost
Right to terminate tenancy for continued conflicts after intervention

Tenant Rights & Responsibilities

Protected from maintenance and renovation fee charges
Required to fully cooperate with monthly inspections
Liable for property damage repair costs if found responsible
Must report misconduct or inappropriate inspector behavior
Right to dispute resolution services through AgRentit
